Nicole Attias is a Corporate Facilitator, Creative Entrepreneur, Writer and Coach. She has an Honors Degree in Psychology from York University, a Communications Certificate from Toastmasters International, and is a Graduate of the SEA Business Development Program, where she subsequently taught public speaking to new graduates.

A natural and dynamic speaker, Nicole has been interviewed on Cable Pulse 24, City-TV's Breakfast Television and other live-to-air programs, providing communication tips to a wide range of viewers.

A prolific writer, her columns have been published in The Toronto Sun and in Metro. She contributes feature articles to numerous industry specific trade publications. Nicole is currently writing a book about importance of presentation skills in business situations.

Attias has been delivering programs for executives, managers and independent professionals since 1999. She is the founder of Peak Presentations Inc. and Nicole Attias & Associates.

Elizabeth Paddon is a professional speaker, trainer and coach with over 20 years experience working internationally. She began her career in the professional theatre. 

She has designed and delivered programs for organizations such as DRO Armax, McMaster University, Barclays Bank U.K. and the Toronto District School Board. As a speaker she has been a favourite with The Body Shop, Canadian Outward Bound, the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (Ottawa, Toronto and Niagara Chapters) and the University of Guelph.

As a presentation skills coach, she has worked with such notables as Tom Wujec author of "Return on Imagination", and Kelly McCormick, President of the McCormick Team and former CAPS President in 2004.

Elizabeth is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, the Association of Canadian Television and Radio Artists, the Storytellers School of Toronto, Canadian Actor's Equity and is currently program chair for the Association of Independent Consultants.

Adrian is a seasoned, award winning executive who has spent over 20 years working with a number of Canada's most respected and successful organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Nesbitt Burns, CIBC, Caterpillar, Via Rail and Canada Post.

He is an accomplished facilitator, executive coach and change management expert specializing in sales, customer service and leadership training. Adrian's philosophy is, success only comes through understanding people's potential and helping them to achieve to their fullest capabilities.

Adrian holds multiple university degrees as well as professional designations and has held positions from the shop floor to the executive suite and is comfortable working with all levels of organizations.

Adrian is also a playwright and when not pursuing professional interests, he likes to write historical fiction as well as follow his beloved Montreal Canadiens.

Dominique has provided counseling and life coaching for more than twenty years. Her extensive experience in the corporate world and quest for personal growth has led her to focus particularly on stress reduction in the work place.

In France, Dominique was the Director of Communications and Public Relations for an international renowned economic and financial media group. She also was Director and Communication Adviser for a Minister of the French Government and a Deputy of the National Assembly in Paris. She implemented a coaching program focusing on stress management, which was particularly effective during Presidential Elections.

Dominique presents Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), in French or English.

She has assisted corporate and private groups. She has presented lectures at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mental Health Department and Department of Social Workers - among various other places in Toronto and in Halton region.

Dominique is certified in Trauma Counseling,. A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor, trained under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Reiki Master

She is a Member of the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, Member of the Ontario Association of Counsellors, Consultants and Psychotherapists, (OACCPP) and has practiced yoga and meditation for over twenty years.
